From 09th to 12th May , during the world-renowned “Feria de Sevilla” , Events & Co organized the annual ARCA Convention (UNIPOL SAI GROUP), with 450 participants.
The convention took place in the spectacular conference room of the 5 * Hotel Barceló Renacimiento, where we designed and settled a scenography inspired by the colors of the unique and genuine Sevilla Fair .
We used the wonderful and labyrinthine historic centre of Seville and its neighborhood of Santa Cruz, to organize the dinner and lunch around , as well as gymkhanas through its monuments and most emblematic corners but using the latest digital technology.
To conclude, the gala dinner and the flamenco fusion show of Pilar Astola’s company took place in the unique setting of the Casino de la Exposición , landmark of the Iberoamerican Exhibition of 1929.
