Events&CO idealized the creative concept and managed to develop the production and logistics of the annual convention of worldwide board directors of Unicredit retail network (4.500 pax). During three days the participants visited Seville, had work sessions at the Palacio de Congresos, dinned at the city most significant squares and did sustainable team building activities.
Considering that the recent growth was based in acquisitions (Bank of Austria, HypoVereinsbank, Banco di Sicilia, Capitalia, etc.), the aim was to make Unicredit Group bank directors realize that they belong to a great bank, the second in Europe.
We achieved full integration of individuals from different nations and cultures, thanks to a wide range of organized activities, showing that the diversity is an added value and empowers, especially at difficult market environments.
