Pirelli, co-title sponsor of the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli sailing team in the 37th America’s Cup in Barcelona, provided their global VIP guests with unique and immersive experiences during the months of August through October 2024.
Events & Co. engaged the services of the Italian agency Noloop to provide all the services required to meet every need of Pirelli’s distinguished guests at every moment of their tailor-made visit to Barcelona.
The Basic Program constituted of the following agenda:
Day 1 :
Guests arrive at the airport and are warmly greeted by our Welcome Team and transported to the W Barcelona a 5-star luxury hotel located on the beachfront along the famous Barceloneta Boardwalk.
Dinner at Pez Vela Restaurant ideally located just by the beach, and its terrace towards the sand and the sea.
Day 2:
Breakfast Buffet at the W Barcelona.
Visit to home base for Team Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli.
Boat rides to witness the regatas first hand from an ocean view and dependent of the time of the day, onboard catering was provided.
Dinner was at Barceloneta restaurant where guests enjoyed haute seafood cuisine with fresh ingredients and views over Moll dels Pescadors, the fishing port.
Day 3:
Breakfast Buffet at the W Barcelona.
Private transportation to the airport.
To this Basic Program we added services and/or made changes to accommodate guests’ needs onsite and on a regular basis. Some of these add-ons included à la carte lunches and dinners, videographers, photographers and private guided tours.
Pirelli’s top management guests had a completely different visit experience that included meetings, guided tours and a Gala Dinner at the magnificent and exclusive Casa Batlló, a building in the center of Barcelona designed by Antoni Gaudí and considered one of his masterpieces.
