From November 10–13, 2025, Credem Financial Wellbanker entrusted Events & Co. with designing and delivering an exclusive experience in Madrid for its top Financial Advisors, professionals who manage some of the institution’s most strategic client relationships. The result was a four-day gathering that blended insight, culture, and elevated hospitality into one cohesive journey.

Participants checked into the Meliá Palacio de los Duques, a historic palace reborn as a refined, contemporary hotel. This served not only as home base, but also the setting for a series of high-level training sessions, spaces crafted to encourage focus, collaboration, and meaningful exchange.

To connect advisors with the soul of the city, we designed a bespoke urban rally, transforming Madrid’s most emblematic neighborhoods and landmarks into a dynamic field of discovery. Advisors navigated the city in teams, unlocking clues, stories, and hidden corners, an energizing blend of culture, strategy, and play.
