Almost 300 attendees from many different countries and part of the global management consulting leader Arthur D. Little met in Marbella, Spain. The countries represented were Austria, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic, Russia and Turkey.
Guests were housed in Marbella’s beautiful 5-star Hotel Don Carlos Resort where the two work sessions, Cluster Eastern Europe and Cluster South Europe, took place. During their stay, participants had access to the resort’s amenities as well as sporting events inside and outside the resort. The teambuilding experience involved a planned visit to Marbella’s historic and charming Old Town where, for half a day, attendees participated in challenges created specifically for our client. Divided in 24 teams and with the help of an iPad, teams took part in physical activities, solved quizzes and answered questions about the Spanish culture and their knowledge of Arthur D. Little.
ADL 2022 culminated with a sophisticated Gala Dinner and fabulous after dinner Party with DJ at spectacular Don Carlos Beach Club.
