Lombarda Vita Event (Valencia)

Lombarda Vita, one of Italy’s leading Life Insurance Group, chose Valencia, Spain to host a 3 day long event. The delegates stayed at The Westin Valencia located very near the historic downtown and the City of the Arts and Science.
On the first day, dinner took place in the heart of the city where guests were immersed in an authentic gastronomical experience sampling delectable food and wines from different regions of Spain.
Day two included a couple of memorable team building experiences. The first team building experience was a thrilling regatta at America’s Cup Port, the elegant and ultra modern complex built by the city of Valencia for the 32nd America’s Cup and lunch at Vels e Vents designed by David Chipperfield.
Second team building, a Paella Cooking Challenge, took place as the spectacular Vallesa del Mandor, an impressive private estate of the 18th century.
Dinner on the second day took place at the Monastery of La Cartuja de Ara Christi, built in he 17th century and considered one of the most exclusive venues in the region.
Delegates enjoyed visits to Valencia’s famous historic Gothic downtown district as well as to the City of the Arts and Science, designed by world renown architect Santiago Calatrava.
The three-day event culminated with a Gala Dinner held at the sublime L’Hemisfèric, the centerpiece of the City of the Arts & Science, and included an Awards Ceremony and party MC’ed by an internationally renown DJ.
